FREE parking at 0 Windsor Place Lot before 9am and after 4pm on weekdays, and all day on weekends

Are there showers/restrooms?
YES!

Both are across the hall from the elevator and stairwell on the 4th floor

Two showers (free for use and no access code), and a men's & women's restroom (access code is "1 3 5")

Is insurance accepted?

Since we are not allied health professionals, we cannot accept insurance

BUT, if your insurance offers health/fitness benefits, we can provide receipts for Pilates services
