Sarah Gately
Certified Teacher
Sarah Gately holds a Comprehensive Polestar Pilates certification and is a Certified Teacher at KLP. After navigating a years-long injury, Sarah discovered Pilates, and what began as a healing tool quickly became a passion, transforming the way her body feels and moves. Now, Sarah brings that same sense of transformation and empowerment to her teaching, meeting clients exactly where they are and guiding them toward new possibilities - one movement at a time.

Sarah fosters an open and supportive space for clients of all backgrounds and abilities to connect with their bodies, build strength, and hopefully fall in love with the practice along the way. Her favorite piece of equipment is the reformer, and her teaching focus is rooted in supporting women’s wellness and long-term health. Sarah is a graduate of Boston College, and when she’s not in the studio, you’ll find her reading by the beach, exploring new restaurants, or spending time with her husband, Paul.

Sam Burnett, DC
Apprentice Teacher
Sam holds a Comprehensive Polestar Pilates certification and is a Apprentice Teacher at KLP. She is also a sports performance chiropractor, specializing in treating lower extremity injuries. Sam was a collegiate swimmer and transitioned into a triathlete after graduation. Importantly, Sam incorporates her knowledge of human biomechanics and strength training into teaching Pilates.
Sam started her personal Pilates practice after college, and found it a powerful tool for improving overall body awareness and movement strategies, not only in her triathlete training but also in her day-to-day life. Sam desires to help others improve their functional movement and confidence in their body’s capabilities.
