We teach evidence-based Pilates with a client-centered focus

KLP Origin

Katie Lowe, PhD, established the studio in 2022 to offer evidence-based Pilates programming. Combining 16 years of Pilates teaching with an academic research background in psychology and human development, Katie delivers Pilates programming that is grounded in scholarly sources AND meets individuals' goals.

KLP Difference

  • KLP removes the "black box" of Pilates programming - we provide you with scholarly rationale for what you are doing and why it helps.

90-minute Intro Session

Undergo an evidence-based postural assessment to identify movement strengths and limitations to guide your Pilates programing so your body gets EXACTLY what it needs.

Private Sessions

Experience 1:1 customized Pilates sessions, informed by current gold standards in exercise science, that produce RESULTS and empower you to live better in your body.

Group Classes

If desired, join in SMALL (4 max) group equipment classes that maintain high-quality, evidence-based programming in a fun, collaborative environment.
